Participation and Activeness
We would like to have members who are active.
One of the requirements is to join and participate in our room-MMB30, so other FT family members could recognize you.
We must first know your attitude and we must know how you interact with others.

Be Yourself
We would like to know your attitude.
Learning to express yourself and be happy with who you are.
It's not hiding who you are or changing things about you to fit in.
Make sure that you can show the same "you" to everyone consistently.
If you feel the need to be secretive about something wrong you've done, you are not really being yourself.
It will show and misunderstandings will occur.
Do what's right.
You cannot truly be yourself unless you can face yourself.
REMEMBER:
While you're being you, remember that "you" might have your flaws that might need to be changed, but only for the better

Be Friendly
Being friendly should be an easy task, no matter who you are.
It requires a few minor adjustments, but overall you will feel better and treat people better.
Try to talk about positive topics.
Nobody likes hearing how awful your life is; always talk about the better parts of even your worst days.
It will not only lighten up a conversation, it will help you to truly think about the silver lining in life's little "situations".

Be Trust Worthy
Having a trustworthy reputation is something that must be earned over time.
A history of reliability and honesty are personality traits that earn the trust of others.
The degree of trust others have in you is based on interactions with that person.
Be honest with yourself and with others.
Be fair in all of your interactions.
Realize that your faithfulness or loyalty to a friend.
